We believe that what an animal eats affects how it tastes. But even more-so; We believe that if an animal lives a happy life then the people who eat it will feel happy too.
Once the 2011 prices are put into effect I will post a price list here for good measure.
BEEF
Whether it's on a home grilled hamburger or part of some insane science experiment; Everybody loves ground beef. Our ground beef is NOT the refuse or parts of the cow that are left over after every thing else is taken. We take the majority of the good meat in the cow and grind it up into delicious burgers that will bring tears of joy to your eyes.
PORK
Sausages, Ground Pork, Pork Steaks, Shoulder Steaks, Pork Chops, and even Pork Butts. Cheryl isn't known as the pig lady for nothing! We have Plenty of pork to go around.
